Terese Phelps, M. Ed., has a Masters degree in special education and over 6 years of experience in the implementation of augmentative communication devices. Terese is licensed in pre-k through 12 in the areas on learning disabilities and cognitive delays. She has had the opportunity to support the device users at home, at school, and in the community.

Terese received her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin
at Eau Claire. She has taken language courses from both the communication
disorders and special education perspectives, as well as coursework in
augmentative communication.
