Back to Map Janet S. Lehr, M.S., CCC-SLP, is a speech-language pathologist working as a Regional Consultant for the Prentke Romich Company. She has developed and presented numerous specialized workshops and written a wide range of unpublished support materials. Additionally she developed the Minspeak Application Programs™ Pathfinder Unity 32 and SpringBoard Unity, has helped develop Unity™128, and has co-authored the vocabulary programs Vanguard Unity Enhanced and UniChat. Janet received her B.A. from Gettysburg College with a major in Psychology and a minor in Elementary Education. She completed her M.S. in Communication Science and Disorders at the University of Vermont and has completed numerous post-graduate courses in the areas of Special Education, American Sign Language, and Augmentative/Alternative Communication. Janet brings to the field of AAC her background of experience as a first grade teacher, a special education teacher, an adult education instructor, a sign language interpreter, and as a Speech Language Pathologist, in both the public school and the rehabilitation hospital settings.
