The most amazing thing about Kim is that she has learned to speak with a Pathfinder even though she has a deletion on her 1st chromosome that has resulted in PDD, mild developmental delay, severe dyspraxia, and aphasia (muteness). But underneath these disabilities is a bright, cheerful girl who loves to communicate.]
I am twenty year old. [Kim has five siblings.] I have two brothers. John [age
24] is crazy about me. I like riding in his jeep. Andrew [age 17] was good brother.
He was sweet to me. Courtney [age 28] was good sister. [Kim occasionally puts
'was' when she means 'is.'] Ashley [age 26] is good sister. Ashley has a baby.
Emily is good sister. Emily complained. [Kim neglected to mention that Emily
was complaining because Kim woke her up on Saturday morning at 5 a.m.!] I love
my mom. Mom work on her homework. [Mom is going to college to be a special ed
teacher. [What does your dad do?] Work with people talking about Jesus. [Dad
is an author and just wrote a book about Jesus.] 
I love playing with Tove. She is my puppy. I like going to school. I love Skip [her aide]. I went to high with Skip [Souderton Area High School, Telford, PA]. I like working in library and Souderton Mennonite Home old people talking to person on Pathfinder. I hated set up a table in dining room.
[Describe yourself.] Kim Miller is beautiful. I like Pathfinder.
[What is your greatest strength?] Talking to Skip with Pathfinder.
[What has your greatest challenge been?] With my elbow. I fell down and hurt my arm. I went to hospital. [Kim broke her arm and had to have surgery.]
I want to be a nurse in a war. She [Clara Barton] helped people in hospital. I want growing up like doctor to help kids. [How will you do this?] Going to college.
I had big Liberator long ago. I like Pathfinder because I can talk to Carrie [her friend]. [PRC's funding department helped us get the Pathfinder through medical insurance.]
I want to get Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory today from the library.
I would love to go to Florida. I would I love going to see Cinderella in kingroom [Magic Kingdom!].
I love going to swimming. I love going to the library. Reading comic. And I love play with Tove. I love going to beach. I love to play in water.
