PRC Receives Group Excellence Award From ESOP Ohio/Kentucky Chapter
March 31, 2011 (Wooster, OH) – Prentke Romich Company (PRC) has been selected by the Ohio/Kentucky Chapter of The ESOP Association as the winner of the 2011 Group Excellence Award. This award is presented each spring at the Ohio/Kentucky Chapter conference to companies who have excelled in communicating the ESOP (employee stock ownership plan) and its meaning to the company’s employees.
The PRC ESOP Communications Committee consists of 10 members representing each area of the company. The purpose of the committee is to foster a culture of ownership through education and activities and be a communication liaison between management and employees. Some activities organized by the group include launching a monthly “Lunch with the President” where employees interact with the company president; developing an Intranet website where ESOP activities and other news can be easily shared; and providing an educational time when field staff are at the company headquarters, creating a time of learning and sharing with all PRC employee-owners.
