PRC Fights Hunger with Online Food Drive

PRC recently donated 92 canned food items to the Salvation Army in Wooster, Ohio – one for each new member of its online community during the month of December. PRC uses Social Media channels to promote communication among its clients, their family members, and the professionals that assist them, as well as training updates, technical service tips, and funding support. In addition, they host weekly contests, ask opinions of their community members and answer questions and concerns. To encourage new members to join this community, online, PRC offered to donate a canned good to their local food bank for each new participant that joined their Facebook page or their newly-created Google+ page. As a result, PRC was able to offer 92 canned food items to their local community food bank, to help fight hunger. The support of this event was appreciated by employee-owners of PRC, and Salvation Army was very grateful for their contributions during this time of year.
