Spring is here and summer is right around the corner! Summer vacations and relaxation are always high priorities during the summer months. Going off to camp is one of those summer activities that both children and adults look forward to each year.
The benefits of a camp experience for individuals who use an augmentative communication device is similar to the benefits that we all enjoy. They create wonderful memories for a lifetime. Camps can be recreational, educational, and inspirational. Imagine going off to camp with your communication device and having the ability to meet new people, experience new environments, and learn more about the power of communicating with others.
