Tony, who has been living for the past five years at St. Michael’s Cheshire Home in Somerset, England, had his application for the “40 for 40” program sent in by his brother, Mike.

“He can only express himself through facial expression and by staff learning to read his body language and guessing what he is trying to say, which can drain Anthony’s energy levels and he still may not have his needs identified or his choices understood,” Mike stated. “This (Vantage) will give freedom of speech, choice and participation in his daily living and allow him to make a valid contribution to society and at the same time enhancing his health and well being,” Mike added.
