Kelly Ross

Kelly RossOn November 15, 2006, a PRC Vantage Plus was awarded to Kelly Ross, a 12-year-old student at Hadley Junior High School.

Kelly has a diagnosis of Dyspraxia Syndrome and Hemiplegia. PRC Regional Consultant Amanda Flanigan presented the gift to Kelly.
