Andrew Dodd is the recipient of a Vanguard Plus through the “40 for 40” Program.

Andrew has a diagnosis of cerebral palsy and is in second grade at West Buncombe Elementary School in Asheville, NC.  He attends regular classes part of the day and his curriculum is modified to meet his access needs.

Andrew is making progress in reading, writing and spelling skills.
